Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with AXAAuto, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Vehicle Availability
All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of order. Because inventory changes frequently, a listed vehicle may be sold or become unavailable before a deposit is received.
If your selected vehicle is unavailable, AXAAuto will assist in sourcing a similar vehicle or refund your deposit if no suitable alternative is accepted.
Vehicle Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are “Starting At” prices and are intended as estimates only.
Final pricing varies depending on factors including:
- Vehicle year
- Mileage
- Trim level
- Condition
- Equipment and options
- Current market pricing
- Shipping and logistics costs
A final quotation will always be provided before an order is confirmed.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a vehicle and begin the purchasing process.
Once the vehicle has been purchased from the supplier on your behalf, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.
Vehicle Condition
AXAAuto specializes in sourcing low-mileage, quality used vehicles.
While every vehicle is carefully inspected prior to shipment, used vehicles may display normal signs of wear consistent with their age and mileage.
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the operation of the vehicle shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Inspections
Vehicles undergo inspection before export to verify their condition and specifications.
Inspection reports and photographs are provided where available.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only.
Typical transit from China to Anguilla is approximately 45 days, however shipping schedules may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Port congestion
- Customs processing
- Vessel scheduling
- Other circumstances beyond AXAAuto’s control
AXAAuto shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or other third parties.
Customs & Government Charges
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the purchaser is responsible for any applicable (note: the “starting at” price is the total price including duties etc, but excluding licensing and insurance):
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Government taxes
- Registration fees
- Licensing fees
- Insurance
Payment
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payment may delay shipment, customs clearance, or release of the vehicle.
Photographs
Vehicle photographs are provided for reference purposes. Actual vehicle appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, camera angles, or minor cosmetic differences.
Warranty
Unless specifically stated in writing, all vehicles are sold without manufacturer or dealer warranty.
Any warranty offered by AXAAuto will be outlined separately in writing.
Limitation of Liability
AXAAuto shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, or additional costs arising from:
- Shipping delays
- Customs inspections
- Port congestion
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- Acts or omissions of third-party carriers, suppliers, or customs agencies
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to AXAAuto for the vehicle.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before the vehicle has been purchased from the supplier.
Once the vehicle has been purchased or shipped, cancellation is subject to any costs already incurred, including deposits, transportation, shipping, and administrative expenses.
Accuracy of Information
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur.
AXAAuto reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at any time prior to finalizing a sale.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Anguilla. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anguilla.
